The Ruishton Gallery is a collection of photographs, some have accompanying text, some without, but all are important to somebody. These are the memories of the village,
of how it was, how it has changed and how it is today.

The School has always been a place of education, but it has also been used for social gattherings.

Ruishton Church has some beautiful stained glass windows
Farming
Place names given to some of the housing developments, such as Drakes Close and Virginia Orchards have retained the farming links
Roads, Rail and River
The disused Chard Canal, the River Tone, the disused Ilminster rail line and a main route to London, plus the nearby Motorway.
Pubs and Hotels
The Ruishton Inn is at the heart Ruishton, The Naggs Head and Falcon Hotel are on the main route to Taunton.
Unclasified
Pictures old and new, art or photo's, if they are parish related, then we will find a space for them.
